#OOTD Inspo: Dark Academia

Simply put, the Dark Academia aesthetic is a mood. As in, moody. It's a little bit American Prep, with added edginess and a tinge of gothic. As a clothing reseller, I've witnessed the increased popularity of Dark Academia. And I love it.

To pull off this look, think tweed, structured blazers, sweater vests, dark and muted argyles and plaids, wool skirts and turtlenecks, dark colored tights and loafers or updated moto boots.

Given our current pandemic predicament, I prefer adding a little coziness to this look. I am current scouting for a bouclé blazer that I can wear over a neutral sweater, pants and top set.
